I ordered a prepaid phone on 03/20 and it says processed and shipped but I have not received any tracking information or anything for when it will be here. This is frustrating me since I can confirm my payment went through. Help please.
I'd try contacting Verizon Internet Order Support: 866-338-7390 to ask about the order. My phone is unlocked and not from Verizon, so I can't say for sure where purchase history is stored in My Verizon for prepaid accounts.
