Move Existing phone line off of a building and relocate

I need to move an existing Verizon phone line off of a building for an upcoming construction project.  Who do I need to contact?

Your best bet is to contact Verizon via one of their social media channels.  The CSRs aren't able to use these forums currently due to ongoing background work in progress.
