If you are an existing Verizon customer, this is in your My Verizon account.

To view your purchase history, you must sign in to your My Verizon account to access specific transaction details, receipts, and order statuses.

How to Access Purchase History

• My Verizon Website ? Sign in, navigate to Account, and select Orders to view a list of recent purchases and tracking information.
• My Verizon App ? Open the app, tap the Account tab, and select Order history.
• Billing Statements ? To see past monthly charges and device payments, go to the Bill section of your account to view statements from the last 18 months.

Available Information

• Order Details ? View the status and summary of Smartphones, Tablets, and Watches.
• Accessories ? Review records for chargers, cases, and other hardware bought through Verizon.
• Device Payments ? Check your remaining balance and payment history for financed devices.
