So we were going to switch to verizon with 4 lines and new phones
They told us all phones would be delivered the same day, well only one came. I called and then they said the rest will come on a differnt date three of them only one came. Then the rest came 3 weeks later .
By that time I already paid the taxes and fees and we cancelled the order before they came
They send me return labels to send all four back which we did unopened. We had tracking numbers and they were all .
This was in the month of January. We’ve called at least 10 times to try to get our $247.80 back that we paid in taxes and they keep giving us the runaround. It is now coming on April and we still have not received money back they say they will call us back and they never do
This company is awful i’ve must’ve spent about 10 hours on the phone total and I’m about to go to the news to try to get my money back back because I’m sick and tired and FED UP !!
Anyone else experience they’re awful customer sevice and lies? That is going to be a write up on Facebook to tell my friends in public what I have to go through
