I would like to move at least 1 of the lines from Verizon to Visible. Have you done this? Will Verizon penalize me? How do I begin the change?

Whether or not you will be penalized for leaving depends on if the line is under contract. If you have some kind of promotion like "get a phone", a trade-in deal, or perhaps a promotional pricing deal, then you cannot port the line out without breaking the contract and being subject to early termination penalties. If you want to be sure of the details, login to My Verizon > Device Overview > select a device in the My Devices section, and your contract end date (if there is a contract) will be displayed next to the image of the device.
Otherwise, in order to port out, you need to take note of your Verizon account number and obtain a transfer PIN. Generating the transfer PIN can be done by one of the following methods:
-Dialing #PORT on the phone which has the number you want to port out. It will then send a link to create the transfer PIN. Don't do this on a number you want to keep with Verizon.
-Look around in your My Verizon account for wherever "generate transfer PIN" is kept
-Call CS at 800-922-0204, or visit a Verizon store.
Once you have all that taken care of, then it's a matter of going to the other carrier with the information and they will set you up. As Bell239 mentioned, Visible is an online thing only, so I guess you'd have to follow whatever instructions are on their website.
