I set up a promise to pay, payment plan for my next pay date because I had some car troubles this past pay cycle and had to prioritize that. I expected to be able to continue to use my phone with setting up the payment plan but my service was interrupted anyways. I have to use my phone for work, and am unable to do so without service so how am I supposed to be able to pay? I need my service back up so that I can do so, and have tried to speak with a live representative multiple times to get this situated and again, am unable to do so due to my service being interrupted.
