Confirmation doesn’t work nor does order numbe and location doesn’t do I need wait for phone deliver first before Making account cause nothing working
Hi, if you are not currently a Verizon customer, then you can only get a guest account in My Verizon, which can't have anything linked to it, so doesn't really work. Did you get any email confirmation or text notification about your order? I'd suggest checking your spam/junk folders in case the notifications landed in there. You can also contact Verizon Internet Order Support: 866-338-7390 to ask about the order.
