I have a Z Fold7 which is confirmed to be unlocked by Verizon support, their call centre has confirmed it, the people at the store say its unlocked and even the prepaid number that I call tells its unlocked. But when I put another sim in it I get the pop up of Change Carrier - Sorry your device cant be activated. For help contact Verizon at (800) 922-0204 or (888) 294-6804. When I call and ask they say that device is unlocked.
Even in my settings it shows as Network Locked somehow. What can I do?
