The light on my verizon router keeps gping out then turning itself back on. Often the internet is very slow. What to do?
Is this 4G/5G Home Internet, or Fios?
Haven't a clue. How do I determine this?
The 4G/5G Home Internet service is the one where you get a box or cube-shaped device which runs off the cell phone towers to provide you internet access. Fios is fiber optic internet service which has already been wired in your residence and you connect a router to an ONT. Your Verizon account would tell you which service it is.
