Verizon has an easement on my property in McLean Virginia. There is some sort of container in the easement that contains all sorts of wires and electrical paraphernalia. The lid of the container has been removed and many of the wires have been pulled out of the container. I am concerned about a hazard to local children and possibly a fire hazard.
How can I speak with someone to have the box re-secured; it should be a pretty simple job.
