You can reset your voicemail password using the My Verizon app, the Verizon website, or by calling from your phone.

Methods to Reset

• My Verizon App – Navigate to Manage Device > Voicemail Password to update.
• My Verizon Website – Sign in, go to Account > My devices > Device overview, select Settings & Preferences, then choose Voicemail password.
• Call from Device – Dial *611 or (800) 922-0204. When prompted for the reason for your call, say "Reset voicemail password."
• Automated Menu – Follow the prompts to enter your security verification info and set a new 4-6 digit password.
