My phone is now my son's AT&T phone...

Question

My Verizon phone was hijacked and given the phone herpes...aka a legion of viruses...so. my son switched me his AT&T phone with my phone #. Should this be off my bill and refunded? How long to I need to pay for the phones BTW? I could have a new truck by now...please advise...

If you have insurance, would check on whether you can file a claim for the phone.  Otherwise, if the phone hasn't been paid off, it's still got to be paid off.
