I have been trying to get Verizon to reset/clear my home bank on ebills so I can sign up with my new banks bill pay. ( I did cancel ebill with old bank).
They know they have a problem with the old bank blocking the new bank on their side.
Just search the boards for ebill and home bank. the last being from 2023. and now in 2026 when you call in or go to chat, they act like they never heard of this problem.
filed a fcc complaint today to see if that can help resolved this simple problem.
