My daughter lives in Ross Township, Glenshaw PA. Today, when the children were out playing, I glanced over and saw two of them were able to remove an unsecured cover over underground equipment. After quickly, putting it back, I realized it was not secured in anyway. This poses an immediate danger because if the children happen to do it again, one of them could most likely fall through there. How do I get in contact with somebody to come out and secure this lid so it cannot be llifted. Yes we watch our children. But it only takes a minute for somebody to lift that lid and fall in.
