Verizon cable line ran through our sewage drain pipe and we had a contractor fix our pipe which was quite a steep amount. We took videos and photos of the damage which was definitely caused by the cable line. What is the process to file a claim with Verizon and what is the best contact number. I have tried calling their general number and I have been bounced around to different groups the past couple of days and never even received a call back even if they said they would.
