I am experiencing a persistent technical issue with my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G (SM-G781V). There is a critical discrepancy between the update server and the Android system.
Issue Details:
Current Build: G781VSQSLHYI1
Update Menu: Reports "Your software is up to date."
Security & Privacy Dashboard: Reports a "Security Warning" and demands an update.
This mismatch indicates that the device is not properly synced with the latest security patch repository on Verizon's servers. I have already tried basic troubleshooting, and the issue appears to be server-side.
I request an escalation to the Technical Engineering team to:
Refresh the update trigger for my device.
Force a sync for my IMEI with the latest security certificates.
