We have had a horrible experience upgrading my son's phone and just when I thought it was all going to be okay, they choose the wrong phone to be returned. My son has returned his phone, but I am still getting emails saying the phone needs to be returned, which means we will not get our credit on his phone and store was no help.
How do I get to someone who actually knows how to help me without me being on the phone for 2 hours and talking to 5 different people?
