Two years ago, I requested that Verizon replace a utility box on our front lawn that has been damaged for years (hit by a car at some point). It seems to be for traditional telephone service. Someone from Verizon came out and said that they would replace it, but did not provide a contact number. Two years later, and it hasn't been replaced. I would like to get this done now, or start to consider alternatives. Can I please get a contact who can help with this?
