In my development several of the underground boxes are cracked and or mixed parts of the green top. How do I go about getting these boxes/lids repaired? I am in the 19312 zip code.
Hi, your best bet would be to contact Verizon via social media. If the utility boxes are in that poor a condition, they are probably not being used for anything anymore. However, they are in utility easement(s) and only the organization responsible for the easement(s) can work on equipment located there.
