I returned my 5G home internet at UPS store and then I thought that was that, however now Verizon is saying that they didn’t get it and trying to charge me 300 dollars EVEN THOUGH I sent it in! I need help!

Do you have a copy of the receipt from UPS? As long as you have that, Verizon support as mentioned by VZ_jenn should be able to get the charge removed.
