How can I get Verizon to fix this

Verizon ran a new cable along my street about a month ago and cut some limbs on the trees up and down the road from around the lines. They piled up all the limbs on the front of my house and have not come to pick them up. I have call verizon to get them picked up with no luck. This happened in Dover, DE. I need them picked up. How can I get verizon to clean up their mess.

Thanks for the update. The CSRs are currently unable to use these forums. If you have social media, your best bet would be to contact Verizon via one of their social media channels as people were reporting elsewhere in the forums that this method works the best.

Have you tried contacting your city's large waste pickup service?

#SynthpopAddict I have called the county and state and both say it is a Verizon issue since if they cut the trees are are responsible for the limb removal. Both have told me to call the corperate office and file a BBB complaint.
