You should be able to view any contract agreements by looking in My Verizon…want to say it's under the device(s) you have where you pick a device in question and it will display your contract end date or device payoff amounts, if applicable.
Otherwise, in order to switch from postpaid to prepaid, contact Inside Sales: 800-256-4646. Want to say you will have to re-register your number on My Verizon again afterwards, because prepaid accounts are in an entirely different part of the company and even the login URL for My Verizon is different.
