I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for almost 30 years. I can't believe that I'm being penalized over $30/month for not using automatic payments, when I don't get paid on the dame dates every month. I get paid bi-weekly. Why doesn't Verixon allow payments to be set bi-weekly instead of monthly? I don't feel that it's right that I'm penalized for their inability to accomodat their customers! Does anyone else agree?
