When are you going to push though the update for 8.5 i have all ready waited long enough as you dont support the beta im if I didn't just get a s25 ultra in January I be looking for new provider.
I'm just another customer so can't tell you either, but Verizon has to vet any software updates before releasing them. Since the CSRs aren't able to use these forums for the time being, in order to contact them, you'll have to use social media, the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or live chat in My Verizon.
Go to software update. And switch smart os updates on. That should push it!
