Verizon Engineering Department Conflicting Utilities

We have a project in northern central Washington and have had locate tickets submitted for conflicting utilities in the area. We have not received a response regarding Verizon but notice Verizon pedestals/boxes and what appears to be conduit in the area. We need to get in touch with engineering/construction to confirm utility locations or discuss/view records to get a better picture of conflicts in the area.

Hi, the CSRs are unfortunately unable to use these forums for the time being. In order to get in touch with a Verizon agent, your best bet would be to use social media. There's also the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, but depending on where the call gets routed, you might end up with someone who will be asking for your Verizon account information, which is going to be problematic since this isn't about a Verizon account.
