Are you bringing your Own device from T-Mobile to Verizon? If your device is unlocked from T-Mobile you should not have any issues. You will want to make sure it is unlocked with them first, generally if you owe any money on the device the carrier will not allow it to be moved until it is paid in full. Hope this helps-
It will work on Verizon if the phone has been unlocked. If it's still locked to T-Mobile, then it won't work anywhere else. Check with them on what their unlocking policy is as every carrier has their own version of an unlocking policy.
Your phone settings should display somewhere whether or not the phone is unlocked.
