I want to check verizon internet service out but dont want to habe to call... help
Is your 5G Home Internet service not working, or otherwise having some problem? If it is completely not working, there's the "check network status" link on the right side of the forum page if you scroll down far enough to find the link. It's also at the bottom of the Verizon.com website. If there is some other issue with your internet, you'd have to contact Verizon somehow to ask about it. If you don't want to call, there's social media and live chat through My Verizon. The CSRs aren't able to use these forums for the time being.
If you are currently using some other ISP and are curious about how Verizon's internet service works, there is not any type of free trial available for just the home internet. 🙁 Depending on where you live, Verizon either offers fiber optic-based Fios, or fixed wireless 5G Home Internet. There's also fiber optic internet through Frontier, which Verizon recently acquired, but since the merger hasn't fully completed, would ask through Frontier's website for their coverage.
