I will start by saying I have a Samsung s24fe. Back sometime in February (I believe) my phone had an update and since then it constantly drops service. One odd thing it does also is when I am receiving a call I try to answer it but it starts to answer then basically freezes until they hang up. From talking to others they say it sends them to voicemail. When this happens it drops all service from 5g to zero bars of anything. I then need to restart my phone or toggle airplane mode in order to get service back again. I have taken this to verizon twice now and they have erased the esims and gave me a physical sim. I thought it was better but the next day it was back. They experienced the same issues in store. Does anyone else have this issue and what did you do to fix it?
