I am being required by the department of transportation to relocate a driveway which crosses a Verizon fiber optic cable on a major highway. There is a Verizon hand box man hole in the ground where the new driveway is approved to go. I scheduled with VA 811 to mark utilities and they noted that this man hole is in the way but they cannot give me steps on how to contact Verizon to discuss relocating the man hole. How can I get in touch with Verizon engineering to start this process? Thanks,
