Collections letter

I got a collections letter in the mail for verification on some Verizon account I supposedly opened and had 10 lines over and over I have disputed this and it’s still on my credit the account was OPENED FRAUDULENTLY. How can I get the balance approved to go away so I can actually open an account

You need to report this to the Federal Trade Commission by calling 1-877-438-4338 or going to the website IdentityTheft.gov, as well as filing a police report. The Verizon Fraud Team at 888-483-7200 will want the police report when filing a fraud claim.
