Is 800-220-1614 a legitimate Verizon Support phone number?
I don't know, but the rule of thumb with these things is if you initiated the call with a business and that's what number it goes to, then it's legitimate. If someone contacts you from out of the blue unexpectedly and claims to be some business/organization trying to sell you something, then I'd be suspicious and verify by actually logging into your account or calling a known number for that business.
