Hello I have been trying to port my old cell phone number from my old phone company but I haven't been able to successfully speak with a live agent to do so I have tried using the Ai tools but it isn't working at all
Hi, you'll want to contact the Porting Department: 888-844-7095. Use a different phone than the one you're trying to port because Verizon will have to disconnect the cell phone somewhere along the way during the porting process. You'll need your account number from your old carrier, a valid transfer PIN, and a form of ID.
Alternatively, if there is a Verizon store near you per the Stores link at the top of the forum page, the employees at a store can do this for you.
