I recently signed up with Verizon. I have 2 Galaxy A37 phones. One is mine and one is my husbands. Hubby's phone shows my picture and my name. Is there a way to fix that so it shows his name and photo? TIA
If you and your husband's phone numbers are correct and it's only that My Verizon is showing the wrong image of the phones for you, I'd leave it be because otherwise you're running the risk of getting your numbers swapped out too. The other thing I'm thinking of is if the Verizon account is a group one with both of your phones/numbers in one account and you are the Account Owner, while your husband is simply a member of the group account. Then, all the devices are listed under your responsibility?

You're welcome. The CSRs aren't able to use these forums for now. Have you tried contacting Verizon through social media, or the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or live chat via My Verizon?
