Hello...I have an old/abandoned GTE phone utility box located in my residential front yard. I understand that Verizon bought out GTE years ago. I want it gone as it serves zero purpose. There actually 4 of them along our dead end road. The wires are cut so there's no purpose for them still being up. It's starting to become an eyesore and I'm not sure if it's safe because the metal housing is coming apart. Thank you for your time.
