Are both of these numbers on the same phone? If so, you just pick the SIM or eSIM you want to use. If you got the Second Number promotion where the second number is a talk/text line only and your primary number has full functionality, you'd have to contact Verizon to get the numbers exchanged.
If it is 2 separate phones and you want to exchange the numbers on the phones, I think you might be able to do it with the "activate or switch device" thing in My Verizon.
The CSRs aren't able to use these forums for the time being. To contact a Verizon rep, you'd need to use social media, the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or live chat in My Verizon.
Is this in your MyVerizon account online or on the phone itself?
