why is our credit card being declined online?!

Apply Verizon Visa Card

Did you recently get a new card? Verizon's system does not automatically keep track of credit card updates, so it's probably because your old card information is still there and showing as "expired". Login to My Verizon and remove that payment method, then input the current version of the card.
