Installers damaged newly refinished hardwood floors

I just moved into a new house, and before moving in had my hardwood floors sanded & refinished.

The Verizon installers scratched up the floor - the scratches are all right in front of the Verizon hardware.

I need to have this repaired, and I want file a claim against Verizon to pay for their installers' negligence. How do I do that?
