bill keeps going up and service coverage keeps going down. Have entire companies that are now dropping Verizon for T-Mobile. All of our vendors that use T-Mobile can use their phones almost anywhere where we used to and none of the Verizon phones can even send a text message.

So true, I talked to a T-Mobile representative, and they confirmed Verizon has lost a lot of their towers, down to around 60% whereas T-Mobile appear to be picking up towers up to 90%.

This is evident in the lack of coverage we now have with Verizon. Considering switching out to T-Mobile.
