We were on straight talk for years and had no but decided to switch to Verizon to take advantage of getting a free iPhone 14. From day one it has been a hassle when we signed up it didn’t automatically sign us up for the which is what was needed to get the free phone. Once that was fixed, we are still seeing the charge every month. I have been into a Verizon store three times and tried to talk to customer service and chat numerous times this has never been resolved completely and I’ve been paying every month for this phone for almost 2 years I I . I’ve never once seen a credit on my account. How can I finally get this reversed and fixed?
