I recently moved and got Verizon home internet. Scheduled a tech to come set up ont. The tech marked that they came but never showed up. Called and got another tech sent the next day. They came but didn’t set up the ont properly. My partner and I work so we can’t be home during the day everyday for these people to mess up. Support is giving a hard time about any tech coming after 4. Meanwhile they were quick to charge me for the internet that was never set up properly.
