Your account number is in My Verizon, at the top left corner of the screen. To get a transfer PIN, you either need to visit a store or call Prepaid CS at 888-294-6804 Hours: 8 AM - 7 PM CDT (Mon - Sat) 8 AM - 5 PM CDT (Sun). I'm not sure if dialing #PORT works for us prepaid customers, but if it does, follow the prompts and it will send you a transfer PIN.
