I paid off 2 devices on May 5, 2026. I need my official receipts for these but the representatives I spoke to on the phone refused by saying that Verizon will not give receipts. Please…..I need these receipts. How do I obtain them
I'd think the transactions would be in your bill and payment history in My Verizon. Or they'd be on your bank statement.
