The My Verizon app is not working. When I go to enter my username I get the first letter and the app closes. How do I track my order. I ordered and paid online for new service 2 phones on May 27. On May 28 I uploaded and sent my ID and proof of address. I have not gotten any emails about when I will receive the phones or that they have even been shipped yet. I need an update today please.
