Cancelling plans

How to find out or where to go to see what it would cost to cancel our service? It just keeps going up. We did a trade in program for 2 iPhones one would bring that plan to $0 a month. The other trade in would bring it to like $5.99 I think. Did this over the phone and the customer service rep had our phones at store for pick up. Have been fighting this battle forever to get fixed. We pay like $24.99? for the one that should be $0 and $32.95? for the one that was supposed to be $5.99. Yes Verizon has our phones we traded in for upgrade but we are not getting any discounts and no one can fix it. Several years and no solution just over it. Any help would be greatly appreciated please.

If you login to My Verizon and go to the Devices section, view the device in question and it will show your contract end date and/or payoff amount by the image of that device. It sounds like you're currently under a contract, if you traded in old phones for new ones. To get out of a contract early is expensive: you'd immediately be responsible for paying the remaining balance on your new phones plus whatever early termination penalty fee gets assessed by Verizon.

Trade in promotions almost always have a disclaimer that it's UP to X amount for your trade in. Not every trade-in will get that full amount.
