My Wi-Fi extender is showing a yellow light. I have done all the things (unplug, reset, tried to pair again) nothing is working. How do I get a live body for assistance? I have already sat on hold for 45mins with no help so just hung up.

How are the two devices connected (coaxial cable, ethernet cable or Wi-Fi)?
