On May 28th I went in to Verizon store and signed up for 5G Home Internet and was given equipment from store. I received an email when I got home from Verizon stating that I would be receiving my equipment by FedEx on Monday June 1. I went back into the store on Friday May 29th and notified them of the error. They said just bring in the equipment when I got it. I went in yesterday, June 1, to the store with the unopened box of WiFi equipment and they would not accept it. They said I had to use FedEx to return. I went to one place that normally accepts returns but they were unable to scan and recommended Postal Connections. I went there and they took the box for return to sender printed on top. Today the box has appeared at my house saying they cannot accept it! What is my next step to return this opened box??
