Changed from business to personal account. Do I set up a new online account?
Did you own both the business and the new personal account, or was this a case of a business line being transferred from your employer to your personal account?
If it's situation 1, I think all your My Verizon login credentials would be the same, unless your new account is prepaid, in which case you'd have to re-register your phone number on My Verizon because prepaid and postpaid are 2 different parts of the company. Otherwise, I think you should still be able to login as normal.
If it's situation 2, you should have received an email about a Transfer of Service, in which case you follow the links given in the email to accept the service transfer and it will set up your new account.
