Telephone Pole Guidewire

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Andy *****, *****, Ossining, NY 10562.

I have a telephone pole in my front yard with a guidewire. ConEd has come and moved "their" portion of the guidewire and left yours for you to move.

I NOW have two guidewires in my front yard, when yesterday I had only one.

I need to learn from you how to go about creating a work order for Verizon to come out and move their guidewire and attach it to the new one that ConEd has installed.

Guy wires are there for a reason, you just don't move them for no reason so there must be more to it than this. Guy wires are place to counter act a load on the pole in the opposite direction, if you move it it's likely to put too much strain on the pole. Photo's would help.
