Am I ever going to receive a call from Executive Appeals

I received a text message stating I would get a call from an 800 number from Verizon Executive Office and I still haven’t received a call. Then the next day I received a text message stating if I don’t pay my balance which is INCORRECT my service will be interrupted

If the text had a specific number which was supposed to call you, I'd try calling it.
