My voice mail isn't working. It shows a vm coming in and then it errors out. It shows no messages when I go to voice mail app either. Any solutions?
Is your phone a BYOD? If it was a former carrier's model which they unlocked, your voicemail was configured to send to their system, which you'd need to update in the plain voicemail app settings to dial *86 for traditional voicemail. What visual voicemail app are you using? Maybe it's not compatible with Verizon, or you need to update the app.
I have heard that sometimes your voicemail account has to be completely reconstructed before it works. The CSRs aren't able to use these forums for now, so in order to contact Verizon I recommend social media:

or use the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or live chat in My Verizon. If your voicemail box has to be rebuilt, that's going to require a service ticket to be submitted.
